We are thrilled to invite members of the local W&M community experience the incredible exhibition “Afrofuturism in Costume Design” at Jamestown Settlement ! This event is co-sponsored by the Hulon Willis Association, W&M Women and W&M Williamsburg Network.
Join us to explore the stunning work of Academy Award-winning costume designer Ruth E. This exhibition is a celebration of African culture, history and future possibilities as expressed through costume design. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children.
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow alumni, explore rich cultural heritage and draw inspiration from Carter’s artistry.
