Catherine Fisher Carr ’91 is the founder of Vitamin C Creative, a Seattle-based boutique brand strategy practice. Catherine launched Vitamin C in 2010 and has partnered with dozens of companies in the Seattle area and beyond, including Brooks Running, Pacific Science Center, Mumm Napa, Kohler, Danaher and Vimeo, to unlock creative inspiration and build enduring brands.
Jennifer Vranek ’95 is the founder of Education First, a mission-driven organization that has shaped education policies in more than 30 states. Jenn is a national expert in state education policy with over 25 years of experience in advocacy, politics, communication and philanthropy.
Kathi Lentzsch ’77 has pursued a career of leadership spanning multiple roles and companies. Most recently, she was appointed as CEO of RAD Power Bikes. Kathi also dedicates time as a board member and sits on for-profit, non-profit and advisory boards while focusing her community work on supporting women in leadership.
Nicole Ducat Grogan ’91, chief people officer at Intellectual Ventures, where she is accountable for the human resources and corporate communications organizations. Nicole joined IV in 2010 as senior vice president of human resources, She is the executive sponsor for IV’s women’s community, mentoring circles and employee-led activities geared at building community and equity.
Paula Sardinas is the president and CEO of FMS Global Strategies, LLC, a prominent firm specializing in governmental affairs. With a wealth of experience and a strong dedication to social justice, Paula has emerged as a driving force for change, inspiring and empowering others to make a meaningful impact in their communities.
Our panel will be moderated by Olympia Ochoco Trumbower ’08, executive briefing lead at UiPath. Olympia's expertise on leadership and strategic partnerships spans the philanthropic, health and tech sectors. She is currently the executive briefing lead at UiPath, an Agentic Automation company.
