Register below for the Navigating Transitions 2025 online program.
The Navigating Transitions online program is for those facing change in their personal life, work life or both. Whether you’re stepping into a promotion, nearing the end of your career, growing your family, adjusting to being an empty nester or looking for a new adventure, this program can help you prepare for your next stage of life.
This program offers weekly live-streamed online learning events, resources and materials to access at your own pace, one-on-one executive coaching and opportunities for powerful peer support. You’ll be part of a cohort of women navigating a range of work and life experiences.
When will the cohorts meet?
This eight-week program offers two sections to choose from based on your preferred schedule:
- The Midday Cohort will meet online on Wednesdays from 12-1:15 pm ET, every week from April 2-May 21.
- The Evening Cohort will meet online on Wednesdays, from 5-6:15 p.m. ET, every week from April 2-May 21.
What does the program involve?
- Weekly group sessions led by three experienced executive coaches: Amy Steindler ’80, Sequoia Brown Owen ’12, and Dorian Baroni ’81. Events will be recorded in case you miss a session.
- Learning resources and materials that you can access at your own pace throughout the program and any time after its completion in 2025.
- Up to two individual coaching calls with one of the executive coaches and program guides.
What will I gain from the program?
- Learn the predictable patterns inherent in any cycle of change, so you know what to expect at each stage. Embrace change as the constant, ongoing process of living.
- Learn core skills and gather tools to successfully navigate the cycles of change.
- Understand how to build the inner resources that support true resilience.
- Practice essential skills for making strategic life decisions that align with your values.
- Create and join your very own learning and support team and build a community of women who will have your back throughout 2025 and beyond.
